Two Tickets to Everywhere

Today we traded our weekend chores for sunshine, ballpark smells, and a little friendly baseball rivalry at T-Mobile Park in Seattle. And let me tell you — the Mariners vs. Tampa Bay Rays showdown was way better than folding laundry.

First stop? A photo op with the legends. Because if you’re at T-Mobile Park and don’t point at the newly inducted Ichiro’s retired number like it’s the crown jewel of baseball, are you even doing it right? Bonus points for rocking Dodger blue in enemy territory — we like to keep things spicy.

The stadium was buzzing. The retractable roof was open, the smell of garlic fries hung in the air like perfume, and every fan had that “maybe this will be the game we catch a foul ball” energy or witness Cal Raleigh’s record beating home run, fingers crossed!

Between bites of hot dogs, sips of ice-cold beer, and shameless people-watching, we were reminded why baseball is more than just a sport — it’s a summer vibe. A really loud, sometimes nerve-wracking, but always fun summer vibe.

By the ninth inning, our voices were hoarse, our faces sun-kissed, and our step count through the roof. Whether you’re a die-hard Mariners fan, a loyal Dodger in disguise, or just here for the garlic fries, T-Mobile Park on a sunny day is always a home run.
